He is presently a Strategic Advisor at 4M analytics a Austin based Start-Up OPA Technologies a Quebec based tech firm and locally in BC the Director of Market Expansion & Education at GeoScan Subsurface Surveys.
Mr. Wainer also has experience in the management of large projects with a variety of government and private sector clients throughout North America and has taken the lessons learned over the past 20-years+and applied them to leverage the new technological changes and pivoting to a digital world.
Notable mention he is the co founder of the 2 Canadian UESI chapter Chair for the Membership & Marketing committee of UESI, the Ontario Public Works Association row committee secretary, the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) Utility Management Subcommittee (UMS) committee secretary a member of the CSCE and Member of the year for Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA)in 2020
