Jay Averill is the Assistant Vice President, Communications for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). Throughout his 25 years of working in the public relations field, he has held senior corporate communications leadership roles in the infrastructure, environmental services, and energy industries. In his role at CAPP, Jay leads the Communications team and is responsible for executive communications, media relations, issues management, polling research, as well as organizational messaging and advertising campaigns.
