Chris Wallace is the Manager of Energy & Climate Protection at ILF Canada. In this role, Chris leads projects centered around decarbonization and clean energy solutions. With a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary, specializing in hydrogen systems, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Proficient in project management and techno-economic analysis, Chris plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of projects focused on clean technologies and decarbonization objectives.

With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Chris is a seasoned professional. His expertise spans the nexus of clean energy and energy policy, acting as a vital bridge between cutting-edge clean energy technologies and the effective implementation of sustainable policies. Chris is deeply committed to advancing sustainability and curbing carbon emissions.

Beyond his role at ILF Canada, Chris actively engages in various technical committees related to clean energy, demonstrating his dedication to driving positive change in the industry. Chris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Calgary, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
